French Command Stand

Here's another plug for AB. One thing I really like about this line is that the horses really look like horses. Here's a sample - a French command stand. These are very nice figures. It's hard to find really nice horse figures in 15mm - as far as I'm concerned, these are the best.

Great detail work on the horses and uniform lace. Beautiful stand.

You've done a splendid job on these. It reminds me I am short on French command, although I have a heap of Old Glory figures to put into service.

One of the first AB figures I got was the French aide de camp figure (one piece casting, madly riding to deliver a message).

Beatifully done!

My only crib about the AB range is that the riders have outgrown their horses. I still love them, but, although some of the latest figures don't look so bad and they do seem to be sccaling up the mounts here and there, it's an issue Anthony Barton's going to have to address some time or other.

Yip the AB horses have no real competition in 15mm. We are very lucky to have them, the 28mm guys have a few producers of nice horses now in metal and plastic.
